Keep it K.I.S.S.: Keep It Simple Stupid.
Entrepreneurs are one the most self-absorbed busiest creatures on the earth -- and I would happen to know that because I am one myself. But let's not be too hasty. There are several tips and tricks I've learned that have taken the load off the road. One of my favorite tools is Trello, a free online to-do list platform that allows me to create boards and create to-do's within each board. I can assign a task to a team member or invite a team member to join that board. I always reference my to-do Trello list on a daily basis and move the task to the done pile once it's complete. The feeling is great once you drag and drop a task to the done pile.
Next piece of advice is archive. Look through your mail every morning and determine which emails are of more importance and make that your priority for the day. Once you answer your sender's request, make sure to archive the email so that it stays out of site. If you need to go back and reference, you can also type the sender's name or subject text in the search field. Archived emails help your inbox stay clutter-free and minimize the imaginative perception that you have 100 million emails.
Keeping your to-do list short helps set reasonable expectations. Keep it K.I.S.S.: Keep It Simple Stupid.
