My Top 3 Favorite Productivity Tools

I am obsessed with finding tools that help you streamline your work. Yes, in a sci-fi, idealistic world, I would clone myself to duplicate another Vicky and increase productivity at an exponential rate! We have yet to reach that world. Nevertheless, there is no excuse for finding ways to increase productivity through automation tools. Here are some of my favorite automation tools that I use on a daily basis:

Top Three Tools that help with Tick-Tock Productivity

  • Trello - I live by this tool! This tool helps my team and I create tasks for our entire group. The free version allows you to add team members, create separate boards, and apply lists to each board. The tasks are like cards, so you can easily move them around from list to list or remove once complete. Love it!
  • Nimble - This is like my little black book. Nimble allows me to add all my contacts into this neat and well-organized CRM system. Once you upload the emails, the system is smart enough to recognize social media handles for each contact. It’s great to segment my lists, set reminders for follow-ups, and put a face to the name when I am about to give a friendly follow-up call to my prospect
  • Google Drive - We use Google Drive because it’s the best (free) platform out there for teams to upload content, folders, and client projects on a cloud. Any team member — with authorized access - can access the files, create new files, and upload files. No more saving files on Word Doc! This tool helps us all keep organized and you can even search for a file name via Google search box in the Drive.
